Conor McLaughlin

Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Conor launched his career in England with Preston North End before spells at Fleetwood Town, Millwall and Sunderland. He proudly represented Northern Ireland over 40 times also making an appearance at Euro 2016.

“12 years in the game taught me lessons no YouTube video or book ever could- about discipline, mindset, adapting under pressure, and constantly raising your expectations.I’ve played with and against some of the best players in the world and know what it takes to get to that level.

Now after being forced to retire early through injury, my mission is simple : to help young players achieve their dreams, the way I once pursued mine. I bring pro-level experience, insight, and a genuine belief that with the right guidance and work ethic, I can develop talented players to go far. There are no shortcuts- just steady growth, smart training, and big ambitions”. - Conor
